So I heard that adolescents turn into adults at 18 days, but I have a pet who is 24 days old and is still an adolescent? When will they grow into an adult?

it don't turn at 18 days, it take 18 day to make him turn into an adult from adolescent, you have to count the time it take to hatch and grow up to an addolescent too.

Sylesties hatched from eggs generally take between 26 and 28 days to become adults (depending on what nurturing they received as eggs / hatchlings). A caught pet can become an adult somewhat randomly (because adulthood depends on maturity, not days. They're different things. Maturity can ONLY be seen in the image code, and only accurately if the pet is genetically tested.)
