How do you level up a level 0 sylesti?

The same as any other pet. Take them out to battle, use them for missions, or use experience orbs on them.

Continuing on what Wonderfulb2uty wrote,
- Experience orbs are definitely the fastest way if you own any of those. Since the experience gain is instant.
- The second fastest way would be to add the level 0 pet to your party alongside a powerful pet. That way they can leech experience. This is of course cheap in that it's free. Only in the case where the level 0 pet gets knocked out by mistake will you have to revive it.
- Missions actually give more experience than one would expect. If you diligently assign pets to missions every day, they will naturally rise in level. This is the cheapest option as you are actually gaining monetary value by sending your pet on a mission.
I'd personally alternate between options 2 and 3 here.
