Do you think intelligent extraterrestrial life exists in the universe?

Awww yisss; Good question, and one I have spent much time pondering.

I am thoroughly convinced that there is a lot of life out there much more advanced than we are. It's quite possible that some of it knows about us, and we don't know about them.

It's also quite possible that there is intelligent life we won't recognize to be 'life' because of our limited understanding.

If space is infinite we are just a small speck floating in it. Say we are 1% of it. There is still 99% that could have life in it. And we have explored so little of space. Or maybe space just seems big because we are in real life Horton Hears a Who

Of the endless number of stars and planets out there, the chances that our planet is the only one that can and does support life are pretty much nil. So that is a definite yes from me.

I say to this the thing I say to the theory of time travel; it's not impossible.

There are billions of stars and planets so the chance of humans being the only life forms in the universe is slim, but then again, who knows? There's no real proof of this to prove or disprove this theory, so nobody could really know. I would say I would be more of a "maybe" vote than a yes or no.
