I need chocolate coins to get avatar outfits ^^ but how do you get them?

you normaly get them in the fall festival and you can buy fall festival item with them but once the festival is over they lose most of their interrest (they get ''reset'' for being not usable for the next one). And for the outfits, you can buy somes in the broaker or wait for the winter festival to get some new items.
