hi my name is autumn and I would like to trade pokemon I cant seem to defeat the elite 4 my pokemon just ant that strong pleas can some one help

Hmmm. Well What I was gonna suggest was in the demo you can transfer a Greninja to Sun/Moon but if you can't do that try feeding a lot of Pokebeans to you pokemon and talk to cafe guys and I think they'll give you rare candies for feeding your pokemon lots of pokebeans.
