I guess not. Not sure what to do with the runes and the doors though. I'll figure it out

The runes correspond to the weather (you can check that on the top right of the page). I think Jinxie mentioned it somewhere, that you need to pay attention to the surroundings, or something like that.
For the door combination, you'll need to keep a look out during the whole dungeon run. You'll have encounters where they say "you see X number of treasure chests/ figures/ etc". You'll need to remember those numbers because that is the door combination.
