this is for people who are struggling with figuring out the festival

when in the festival zone do the monsters levels change and get more powerful the stronger you become or do their levels stay at about around 30

The levels of the mobs/bosses in the festival zone depend on the pets in your party, usually the median (the middle value of your pets) so it's best to make sure all pets in your party are around the same level.
