you offer it some food its meow sounds like its saying thank you [its meow it sounding like thinow yoew it usually sounds much more human like]
a name it this cat needs one if it even is a cat
b the vet might know what it needs or eats call her
c somebody might have lost a cat or abandoned one look around for people yelling kitty
