I chose Cybernetic because of the contrast of colors and how she had some of my favorite colors and traits on her. I though about various other pets, some vorpas, other lighiras, but the vorpas didn't have many traits to try to incorporate into a design and I really loved the design of cybernetic best of the lighiras. Most items aren't very creative when turning into the avatar, cat traits to look more anamalistic and the most feathery wings that allowed for the closest look to her mystic wings were chosen. I wanted horns but not ons that looked too deer like or would change the overall look of the face. The outfit was chosen since cybernetic struck me as a very elegant warrior princess. While the fangy grin seems a bit too much I wanted fangs and felt the other mouth types didn't fit. Since I wanted a warrior look I chose a weapon that was simple and elegant to match. While I could have chosen a held to stand for her warrior spirit I decided to keep the warrior look over spiritual-I would of used a different outfit to convey that. AS for not choosing armor, while it would have gone with he design idea and even cybernetic I still wanted that elegant feel and the armors just didn't seem to fit.( and yes I know the weapon is a baton but it does look like a cool polearm to use)

Female if possible. I'm glad you like it, I'm not very good at avatars but it is always fun to join design contests.

I did the green one because personally i love designing green and black colored things.
I chose the held because the actual sylestia seemed to be warriorish and it seemed fitting that she would have a sword. I chose the dress because it reminded me of feathers, like the sylestia had. the face mask was because it seemed kind of like a beak type thing if you get my meaning. the gladiator wings most closely matched the sylestia's wings and i put the gray on the edges like the gray on the sylestia's wing. the cape remind me of a tail and was the closest i could get 2 the sylestia's tail. i hope you like this and i put a lot of effort into making it resemble the sylestia as closely as possible ^^
