I don't know if this is a bug or not it just sure looks like one...
As you can see my referral has completed all 3 sections yet I'm only a Lv2 referrer. Is this supposed to be this way? Thanks in advance. :)

It's possible something bugged out when the player ticked over in one of the categories.
