I'm open for drawing anything; avatars, original characters, canon characters, sylesties, animals, mythical creatures and mechanical stuff. All I ask is that you provide a decent reference picture or description!

These are the prizes for fullbody pictures, they're negotiable for headshots or busts. Art trades or paying with items are, again, negotiable, but I'm definitely open to them :>

I'm asking as many tokens as diamonds. As there's lots of different values to the festival stuff I can't give exact prices, but for a nice catalyst I could do multiple drawings!

Here's her personality, so could you make her facial expression kinda smug? (Sorta like Vegeta's. [You can look that up if you don't know who he is. ^^])

Celern is a sarcastic and witty mare. Though she can appear as cold, inside she deeply cares for others. Her coldness is just a by-product of living on Planet Vegeta. Growing up with other Saiyans, she doesn't believe that caring is a good thing. Mostly because Saiyans treat it as a weakness, as does she. Like all Saiyans, she can have quite a bit of pride, and can be egotistical and arrogant at times.

Mane style is sorta like this (with the flowy bun; except maybe a tad bit bigger):
