Hmm, perhaps it could fit, but they'd have to be from out of Gotham, like Katana. Sam, Ben and Chloe will have a very big problem with him, if not for Katana's sake (Sam), then for the sake of their groups (Ben, Chloe, and Sam). They don't like others trying to muscle in on their territories and bullying their families. They protect their own, just as the city does. So, yeah, chances are that their gonna give him the old heave-ho whenever they have the chance. Though, they'd probably try to snag Thomas beforehand.
