I tried to use a lesser dye on a sylesti that has children. i was unaware that you could not use it on one that has offspring. but it was gone when i went to use it on another sylesti. i dont know if it consumed it or if it was a glitch but it made me a sad trash panda. :(

You can use a pet dye on any Sylesti after it has passed the hatchling stage, regardless if it's been bred, mutated, re-generated, or gender swapped. The items/philters that can't be used after a pet has been bred are Gender Swap philters and trait disruptors.

According to the database, you used a pet dye on Pet ID #2674051 to change its C1 to Hex Code #000000 on 10/15 at 10pm server time.

Where did you obtain the dye that you think was lost?

I am not sure, I received it a long time ago. i never used it and thought i would give it a try. i tried to use it on a pet and received an error. i tried to use it again and it was gone. i figured after i made a post about the glitch i would buy one from trade. i still wanted to see how it worked. its not a big deal, i just thought i would report the issue.

I can only find evidence of you having one Lesser Pet Dye and it was the one that you used.

I also do not see any philter use of any kind going back all the way to October 8th, when you used a mutator.
