Stumblefoot helped deliver Berryclaw's kits. One of them looked like Autumnstar. He left the nursery and gathered Autumnstars pups along with Talonclaw. "I am afraid to say this. But Autumnstar is dead." He looked down at his paws and let out a soft whimper. Talonclaw and teh pups did the same.
"I will call together the clan." He walked away the lept up onto the halfrock. "Let all wolves old enough to catch there own prey gather her for a clan meeting!" he yowled over the clearing. The clan gathered quickly curious to know why Autumnstar wasn't calling the meeting.
"I have grave news from Stumblefoot. Our leader has died." With that the whole clan looked down then up and howled. When the noise quieted down, Talonclaw spoke again. "I will be heading to the moonpool with Stumblefoot to recieave my nine lives and leader's name. Moonpelt and Sunhollow will be burying her. May Starclan light her path." At that Talonclaw and stumblefoot left the hollow and went to the moonpool.

The sun was behind the trees by the time Talonstar and Stumblefoot were back in the hollow. He appointed Dustfur as deputy. Berryclaw named her kits Nightkit, Whitekit, and, in honor of Autumnstar, Fallkit. The clan kept vigil for Autumnstar and by morning her pups were named warriors with Spottedpaw. Brambletear, Ashpollin, Snowwhisker, and Spottedwing are now warriors of thunderclan. Stumblefoot made Spotpup into his apprentice that night. Spotpup is now Spotpaw. Spotpaws siblings were also made in apprentices.
