Besides her cracked jewel, which was already healing, and a few scratches and bruises, Russet was fine.

Dawn sighed in relief, she's glad that the adult was okay. She then gives Russet a big hug while meowing.

Russet then picked you up gently by the scruff like a mother, and carried you to a den by the river. It was about midnight, and Russet warmly snuggled around you and yawned "Good night" before falling asleep.

Dawn would feel safe around the adult, she's having a good time with Russet.
She laid next to the other and snuggled back, purring slightly
"Good night~!"

(Just a note, check the first page the intro for current setting ^.^) Yawning, Russet woke up. She padded towards what she presumed was the opening, but her nose met a wall in the den and she let out a startled yelp. She lightly nudged Dawn, and said "Dear lord, PLEASE take a bath! Your burnt reek is barely letting me find my way around!"Of course, that wasn't the true reason. She simply wanted the poor mewling to take a bath. (Mewlings are now the new name for baby Vulnyx's kids .3.)

The Mewling yawned as well as she wakes up, opening an eye to see Russet.
"Huh? Did I smell so bad?"
She tilted her head.

Sighing, she explained that with her eye sight so bad, her other senses, like taste, smell, hearing, and touch, had increased considerably. She could hear a rustle of a grass stalk 1 mile away, smell a Griffi even when its down wind of her, she could taste the slightest imperfection in food to know which is bad, and just one of her furry hairs could pin point a flea. Wrinkling her nose, she managed to find the opening. "I'm going hunting" she announced (srry for the violence but we gotta eat .3.)

Trotting back towards the den, she dropped a young Bulpori on the ground. His neck was at an angle, and his body was limp, Obviously dead. Eating part of the flank. she left the rest for you.

The mewling notices the prey Russet had brought home, she would eat the rest of it.
(Dawn already grew up btw~ she got wings too :3)
