I know there are a couple people working on luffs but none that have completed it yet.
Here is a list of people who have or are working on max stat pets. I myself have completed nephinis and griffis and almost completed puffadores and aurleons (i do have max stat ny'venes that I bought but won't be making a project out of them anytime soon)
I do have this griffi I can neuter and trade for your held and that zookeeper outfit in your thread
