I made a trade with my friend, and she sent me the items, but I don't know how to send her the item I offered! What do I do?

If it's a seeking item (fish, pearls or clay) go to the seeking area and double click on the item you're attempting to send and a pop-up box should appear. If you're trying to send something from your inventory, go to your inventory and click on the item so that it appears to be highlighted, then click on the envelope with the green arrow at the bottom of your inventory to get the send/COD pop-up box.
