I know WHAT it is and HOW to do it, but I'm unsure upon how to acquire the Genetic Testing Kit. Where does one find this item?

One can either buy the exceptional tester kit from the Diamond store for real life money, or you can find the regulars sporadically in the festive zone as prizes for some things (don't ask me what exactly I cannot remember) or you can buy of other players in the trade broker under genetic mutators in the type search.
