After I nurture an egg of mine, all of the other eggs become unable to be clicked on. This bug is only fixable when I close the tab and open a new one, but opening a tab off of the history button brings up the same bug. Also, all of my friend's eggs are unable to be nurtured at all, even if I haven't nurtured them previously. This bug hasn't been fixable by any means I've been able to find. Help!

Are the Eggs at 72/72 maturity and waiting to be hatched?

No, sir. They are not. Some are close, but none are waiting to be hatched.

Are you perhaps just having some script errors? Try clearing your browser cache and making sure that you aren't using any addons that could be tampering with the page.
If the issue happens again, can you provide screenshots of exactly what's happening so that I can more easily understand the issue?
