Or just when you click the button, it just grays out and that's it? |

Okay. Need to do more advanced diagnosing.
Visit the page and click the button once again.
When it grays out, right-click and select "Inspect Element".
A debug box should pop up. Need to see if any errors are displayed. It should look something like this:
The error code would be in the empty white box at the bottom. |

See the red 'X' button in the top right?
Click that and then it should display the related error.
If you can show me that error, I may be able to figure out what's going on. |
