All my pets were famished cuz I hadn't been on in a while. I tried reviving them totaling up to 12,300 coins, in which it took, but not one of my pets were revived.

Did you feed them instead of reviving them? In which case, it'd take a bit for them to recover over time to full health after being fed.

I was responding to faq something about breeding, I ended up taking screen shots, and since I did have enough, I successfully revived them.

I checked your Stable Log.
You spent 12,500 Gold to Feed your pets at 1:56pm.
And then spent 12,300 Gold to Revive your pets at 2:07pm.

Fed them. =P
Pets have a hunger bar and need to be fed everyday.

Feeding them when they need to be revived will cure them from hunger which in turn will eventually lead them to reviving and gaining health on their own (although it takes a while).
