You caught that Zapdos. As said on the first post you can chose one pet from my stables or hatchery though in my stables there are some that aren't available. The game will not end until all legendaries are found. You successfully defeated the next gym. When you next hunt you will be given a choice of 6 pokemon. There are a total of 7 gyms. Next time you hunt and catch something you will also be given a PC, since you have reached the 6 pet per team maximum.
