1 sec, I found the part that actually says how, let me explain it.
Text in the Article
Find the block of text that you'd like to copy, and do a long press on it. A menu will pop down from the top of the screen and you'll see small tabs and a highlight on the selected text appear as well. Drag the tabs to select the desired text you wish to copy, and look up to that new menu.
My Explanation
So get the link and press on it for a couple seconds. Don't let go. Then, there's gonna be a menu, and the part of the link you held down on will be highlighted. On the highlighted word, there will be two tabs. Drag the left tab to the start of the link, and the right tab to the end of the link. Click the "Copy" button on the menu. Then, go to make a new post. Hold down on the empty post (The part where you post, obviously), and the menu should appear again. Hit paste, and the link should be there. Highlight the link that is in the post, and click the IMG button.

Once you get the url there, highlight it, then click the button that says IMG in the toolbar.

One sec, you're not posting the IMAGE'S address, you're using the website it is on. See if you can find it on google images, then use the view image button.
