While I'm not really, "New", I still have a question. For obtaining eggs and essences, I know how to get essences, but how often do the Sylestis drop them (A.K.A, their drop rate)? And for the eggs, is there a certain place to find them, or can it be anywhere? (E.G. Mushroom Forest, Troll Cave, etc.)

Eggs can be found randomly on any places (troll cave etc....) although they will almost always hatch to be without traits. Almost noone will buy these from you, you should know.

Eggs found in dungeons (like the nightfall bandit dungeon for example) at the end, in chests, usually hatch with traits.

Essences are EXTEMELY RARE. I have had 1 since I've been here (I may be very unlucky though).

However, you can also find essences (once again, it's very rare) while nurturing eggs.

if it was a rare essence, it means 2gp : 1 visible trait or two carried.

Essences are very useful, for example, if you were to look at my second tab on my stables, you'll notice a bunch of generated pets, made with rare essences, for a project of mine =)

Sadly, it wasn't rare. Just a regular essence.

I know what essences are for, just didn't know like, how rare they were when killing the Sylestis.
