First, I can't explore the places on the map, they're un-clickable to me, is there a reason why?** Secondly, I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. Quests? I haven't been offered any and I'm not sure how to come about them. I briefly read something that says you're offered a quest at the beginning of your game when you generate your first pet in which case you are set up with another pet, but I wasn't given the option. Also, what does it mean when you've been 'pinged' and how do I find out what I've been pinged for? Really there's so much, if anyone wants to answer here or message me privately either way I'm open to a little help, I've been over a couple of the Newbie forums mentioned in the welcome message but, it's a lot to take in and some of it was a bit confusing! Thanks in advance for your help and your patience.

So, because I'm pinging you, I'll answer the last question first. It will show the name of the thread you've been pinged on at the top of the list of threads when you come to the forums page. Pinging someone is just a reply to a post in one of the threads. To ping someone, just click the @ at the bottom of the post you want to reply to.

I was confused about not being able to explore the map as well at first. It's because you haven't gotten that far yet. You have to complete one part at a time.

The quests, you go to Eisor's Haven, and click on the quests board. You don't get another pet when you do the quests though. Sorry, you do get a pet in the "capture a pet" quest. But that's the only one. (if that was what you meant as what you heard, sorry I don't understand a lot of things XP)

To complete the tutorial, I think you just have to beat the bandits in Eisor's Fields (If I remember correctly :P)

You actually do get another pet from the capture quest in Esior's Haven. Just an FYI, you don't have to buy a trap to complete the quest.

If you have more questions, feel free to mail me one question at a time. My tired brain can't handle any more right now >.< . To answer the first one, you unlock another area once you clear the last one. Currently there are 3 areas overall (Sylestia's still in it's beta!). To complete the tutorial (and pretty much everything else), you pretty much just listen to Jinxie and do whatever she wants.
