Any other information you wanna add: The only shout he knows is Unrelenting Force, but powered all the way. His Invisibility spell lasts 30 seconds, his Flame spell does 5 points of flame damage over 2 seconds, his Shock spell does 15 points of Electric Damage, His Flame Atronach is summoned for 60 seconds. His Elven Mace and Elven Dagger both have a Frost enchantment that does 10 points of frost damage (I'm basing this off my current Oblivion character, although my guy in Oblivion is waaaayyy more overpowered.).
