Recently reclaimed this pet from accidental release and though it is 84 days old, it still shows as an adolescent. Is this a glitch or is there a set amount of time until she will turn adult?

I don't think pets age when they're released. It's coded that way to save the server some energy since the majority of pets are released.

She would have been force released as she turned adult. I waited a couple of days to see if she would bump up to adult, but she didn't. Should I just wait 27 days and see if she somehow reset herself? Thank you so much for your VERY prompt help!

She is at 380 maturity right now.
Let's wait an hour or two and see if it increases at all.

No change in her adolescent status and she is now 86 days old. I seem to get the weirdest glitches. :)

Its maturity has increased to 424. It will reach adulthood once it's at 648.
But its maturity is increasing.
