In a world of devastation and destruction a group of kids must come together to finish a prophecy told centuries ago. These kids have powers because of what is called the charms of light. Each one has a charm that increases, speed, strength, stamina, stuff like that. But it can also turn them into a dragon that shows their true form. Some have special powers based on what charm it is. The last thing the charm can do is change into an animal to help while fighting, or to give wisdom. The children must set off on a perilous journey and find haunting secrets about themselves, their friends, and the ground they stand on.
