So Silverfox and I were discussing a few ideas for sylestia. I've search through the first 10 pages of so for suggestions and haven't seen anything relative to them. If I did I've had a new idea for the suggestion.

1) Calculator for selesti missions:
This was suggested already and a formula was created. The formula is now in the FAQ/Guides section but it's difficult for some people to follow. (especially at 2+ in the morning XP). I was thinking about a couple solutions for this...
a - A simple calculator where you just fill in the mission level and the required stat, hit calculate and get the necessary points required.
b - A slightly more complicated system where you can plug in your pets stats and it would give you the mission level best suited for your pet.

2) Proficiency Points Increased/altered:
So the current proficiency points allotted is about enough to place 5 in the first three stats, 5 in each attack/skill, and 5 points left over (I'm doing the calculations based off a level cap of 250 for the pet). This only allows for 1 or 2 attacks to be boosted, depending on the attack. Is there some way we could alter this system or provide a few more points throughout the level up process? A couple of things I thought of were fairly simple.
a - extra point(s) for every (x) levels. For example: Pet hits level 25 and you get 5 points instead of 1. it doesn't have to be that exact number but you should get the idea.
b - allow a choice of the skills for each tier. Example using fire: improved Fireball, Enhanced Fireball, Advanced Fireball; Improved boost the power, Enhanced boost the number of enemies hit, and Advanced provides more mana. Over all to max this skill out is 10 points.
What about allowing a choice of once you put a point to Improved Fireball, allowing access to the other two skills? To max it out you'd still have to boost "Improved" but you'd have the option of getting the other two skills sooner.
Note: neither of these have to be the only solution I just don't care for being restricted on the boosts so tightly.

3) Breeding Generator Improvement:
I've seen a couple of posts about it, but i haven't seen any answers to breeding outside you're stables. It bothers me to purchase a pet from someone just to have it not work within my breeding group. So maybe some system of putting in the pet's ID# or URL/Image link into the breeding program to test breedings with other players pets?

4) Adoption Center:
Someone mentioned it a while ago and both Krin & Fai had thought about it at the time but I wanted to bring it up again with an addition to the adoption center since the origional post revolved more around "rewards" for turning in pets.
a - Tokens/tickets during quests that allow you to get a free pet from the adoption center. Can be found throughout sylestia during battles/missions/etc. Non-tradeable, maybe with an experation to it to keep from being stockpiled?
b - A two week stay for pets. A pet stays at the center for two weeks before be re-released into the wilds. This would encourage people to check into the adoption centers often for pets.
c - A fee for adopting a pet based on rarity. Common 150, Uncommon 300, Rare 500, etc...

So...since it's like 5:30am here that's all I could think of for the time being but I do have a lot of improvement ideas for the site, though none of them need to be acknowledged or acted upon now. I understand if there are a few things that are not chosen these were just a few ideas I was playing around with that I felt should at least be mentioned.

Those are some pretty cool idea's, I especially like the adoption center one.
But number 3, Breeding Generator Improvement, is already an idea that'll be implemented later on. Just thought I'd let you know!

For 1 and 2,

Rather than a calculator, I think you just want the mission to show you the percent chance of success?

For changing how proficiencies work, i think it would take too much time and effort since all of the enemies would have to be adjusted appropriately. :<

But apparently the issue is temporarily solved by the guide that Sheechwan made. But I still support this, since there will probably stat changes on the missions somewhere in the future.

I do agree for more proficiency points. Then again, I think Taptothebeat's right, the coding will be a bit difficult to do since there will be lots of things to be changed!

to avoid the mission issue I got a tab filled with mission pets... as I said filled....
I love idea 3. I've had similar issues, and pay make u pay alot for certain pets, only for u to sit there and go I knew it was a waste of money...
I'm not sure how to feel about number 4, I love the Idea of paying to get a pet though, rather then wait, say for example those new ny'venes, how many ppl honestly want one, but gotta wait, bc they need arena tokens, or bc the ny'venes aren't breedable yet, or cause no one is breeding them currently.

I'm not the greatest at explanations so I'm sorry if certain things don't make sense. Mostly these were to get the thought ball rolling for a few ideas that are by no means even close to perfect. As for everything else though...

.I thought I'd seen something about the breeding but wasn't sure what the plan was for that. Most of the conversations about it were very vague on future events.

For missions I came across the link while searching the suggestion box but when I tried to find it later in the FAQ section I didn't see it. I thought it might have been moved down. The success percentage would be great but it still doesn't tell someone what the requirement would be for the minimum stat.

Like I said before in my previous post, I can understand the proficiency points not being altered it was just an idea that I thought someone could tweak to make it better.

The adoption center...if done right it would be okay. For example, (x) amount of pets are randomly generated daily/weekly/etc. have a limit of (1) pet adoption from the random generation for say a 72hr period. (nothing fancy maybe a plain one or something). Donated pets have (5) adoptions per 72hrs so no one person can adopt out all the pets. More or less make it very controlled. I've seen a similar system on a couple of other games (don't remember which ones) and they worked out well if not a little frustrating. Then the bonus token could allow maybe an extra purchase without affecting the timing?

Like i said, just a few ideas that I thought could get tweaked for adding to the game for bonus enjoyment?

Well actually Ash and Mutie already have ny'vene eggys breed, thanks to magical pies :3

Idea 3 is already in making. Check out this post. It's an idea planned in the future :3

I love your idea for number 4 This way, everyone giving free pets can gather around one place and not scattered in the pet auctions. Maybe they can put it around the newbie town, or maybe somewhere in the 'Shops'. Totally supporting Idea 4!!

yeah it took me a while but i noticed the breeding improvement is in place i was just looking in the wrong spot and overlooked it.

As for #4 it has potential. I'm sure Krin and Fia could figure out how to make it work for their game since I'm sure the coding is a bit different from the other games I've seen it in. That and it would also help raise the worth of the sylestis that are actually worth something.
