Hi guys, I was just wondering if we can have the items that are equipped to pets return to inventory when we derp and release them with the gear still on -sheepish grin-

*nod* I haven't released anything with the gear on.. yet. I am sure it'll happen sooner or later!
Maybe an auto-return, but maybe a notification instead ("this pet has gear; are you sure you want to release"), or not letting you release a pet with gear ("this pet has gear and cannot be released")? (I could imagine if it was an auto-return and your inventory was full it would just destroy the gear so something to get around that would be helpful I think.)

I didn't even know this was possible Support! (Becase I derp a lot :3)
Maybe something like removing gear before allowing to release pets? Similar to removing gear when selling pets?

I dont know if you can release them, I think i tried and there was an error message because the pet had a bracelet or something

I support this, i've done it time and time again, 'cause i automatically expect it to tell me, like for putting it up for sale or the like. it's suuuuper frustrating to see legendary pieces go OTL
