The Carnival is running from Sunday June 12 to Sunday June 19 and it costs 1 diamond or 2500 gold to enter the carnival.
To create your own booth costs 10,000 gold for 2 days and you can sell/buy/trade whatever you want.
To spin the roulette wheel costs 3000 gold and you will win a prize every time.
The theme of the design contest is clown. You have to design a clown Sylesti (1-vis, any normal species) and whoever wins will have their design created and given to them.
