While not a gigantic priority, i've noticed one, however i'm sure there's a lot around.
For: Typos and Errors in game text.
I was trying to get to the third area of the map and saw something wrong, in some line, I think Lady Saerielle said, she said "The Forgotten Tomb" was to the East however, upon discovery, it is WEST of The Sancuary of Saerielle. Upon completion of The Forgotten Tomb, she says Far East of here is Aryth's Tower, I was a bit skeptical, but nope, it IS to the East, so that's a thing...

I can't find the text where it says this. The closest I can find is a reference to the Enigmatic Grotto, which is indeed east of the Sanctuary.

I think I was forced to accept a new quest after completing one and clicking 'Return to sanctuary' where a new quest was instantly talked about, I believe the text was in one of those.

Ah. So it was quest text?

Sort of, Storyline Quests end when you click "Return to Sanctuary" and when you do, a Main character talks about a new quest (and forces you to accept it) in what I shall call a 'Quest Epilouge'
It was in one of these Quest Epilouges that the text was incorrect, i can try to supply a picture of one, (I missed my oppurtunity to take a picture of the error though.)
