Ooh, I do! I think my longest-running character so far was Cat the Khajiit, a female alternate-universe counterpart to my little brother's character at the time, Khajiit the Khajiit.
We were running off the phrase "Skyrim may belong to the Nords, but everything in it belongs to Khajiit." Also, our parents were not very creative.
In neither universe were we capable of actually using any weapons. If we had to fight, we punched things or threw fireballs.
Where our paths began to differ were our overall goals. Khajiit was an explorer and liked to play with shields. He got very good at illusion magic and using a shield, and at one point discovered the Chain Lightning spell and began to use that all over the place. His favored tactic for fights was to turn himself invisible, then run at things near cliffs with his shield up. It would knock them over, paralyzing them, without counting as an attack and breaking his invisibility. If they went off the cliff, that was also a battle that was immediately over.
Cat, however, had a dream of opening a shop selling fine rugs. She's pretty sure she did a good job of advertising, because bandits always shout "You'll make a fine rug, Cat!" before she has to punch them out. To advance her craft, she has also put a lot of effort into all of the creative skills - alchemy, smithing, and enchanting - and as a side effect is also reversing entropy by generating extra matter whenever she picks a plant. For some reason they always pop out as two plants even if they were clearly just one! Except for nirnroot. Nirnroot refuses to violate the laws of physics like that.

I play it! Though I haven't redownloaded it since I got a new laptop.
I usually play as a Khajiit but my most recent was a nord
that didn't stop me from being a murdurous thief though

I did, but after I beat the main quest, and mostly all of the minor quests, it became not as fun for me. My character was Freolain the Kajiit, who was also a vampire/werewolf several times, but he was modded to be 1.5 times the size of a normal Kajiit. I was about level 60, maxed out in almost all of the stats (specifically, lock picking, archery, sneak). It's a pretty good game, I do have to admit.

I play it on Xbox. I currently play a high elf named... I can't remember. Her name came from the elder scrolls wiki page on high elf names. I like it when my characters fit into the world. I just started that character so she's still noob but I once beat the main quest at level 10 on an orc. I also had a breton with conjuring at 3x legendary (level 100 three times). I have a bad habit of restarting and scrapping characters. Doesn't help the game is so glitched and on console there isn't any way to fix the glitches. :P
