Usually around 27 days. Depending on how much you nurture as an egg or hatchie, it could be a bit more or less

A pet becomes an adult after 27 days, but you can speed that up my using a Magical Pie, which will add 6 days of maturity to the pet. A Magical Pie can only be used once every 72 hours on a pet.

A generated pet will become an adult at 18 days and a hatched pet will become an adult at 27 days... give or take.
Both you guys left out generated pets. XP
