Hi Kt,
You don't buy them, you find them while exploring. I have sent you some to help you out. Look in the trade tab under player trades.

Guess who needs more help? ME! I'm sorry, new here. I just got two new pets, and I can't add them to my party. Why?

You have to get to a certain stage in the game in order to increase the size of your party. I can't quite remember when it is but keep fighting and levelling and you will get there :)
When you are at the right level you go to the plaza at Esior's Haven and you can increase your party size there.
