Could you draw a full body, soft-shaded of My avatar sitting down (wings folded) under a tree, looking up at the sky, while the leo cub plays with a small group of fireflies? Would that be too difficult? If I am correct the price should be 23K and I am planning on tipping 7K so that would make it 30K, correct?

Yup, 23k is correct. ^^ I can do that, I'll try and have that done asap. Is there a date you need it by?

Can you dray a full body of my oc? With just a simple background and whatever shadingnyou think will work best.

This is the description I gave to Lapis. I also had her drawn as a chibi if you wanna sees that. (Tho the chibi wasn't quite right.)
She's a neko/cat girl with white ears and a fluffyish tail (about 5cm long fur).
Her hair is long (about waist length) and brown, on the darker side. Her eyes are green (they go from emerald to hazle depending on her energy, any kind of green is cool)
She wares a white turtleneck and old, faded blue jeans.
She has a pair of black ankle high converse.
