Hi! I believe I have pets missing from my Released Pet list via the advanced search.

I know I participated in the releasing event last time for A LOT of species. I'm pretty sure Morkko was one of them. And think Lunemara was one as well. Probably have done kelpari and others too.

I was just looking at my released pets right now, and it says I have released only 2 morkkos. Ever. Additionally 0 lunemara released. 1 kelpari released.

Less significant, since I don't know what my count of released would have been. But only 4 nephinis released. 3 nyvenes released. And 3 nykerties released. 10 ryoris released. And 10 vulnyx released. Ever.

Given how many releases I did during the last contest such as this one, this seems like there is no way this should be true? (Additionally, my account date is from January of 2013, and have been active since mid-2013. I don't see how I could have released so little of all of the species listed above, even if I didn't participate in the releasing contests.)

I'm not sure. I know that a year ago, we were still having database issues up until August. I can't remember precisely all of the data that got messed up, but it's possible that at some point released pets were jumbled. I vaguely remember something like this... and I had to resort to returning ownerships based on people's stables and original owners? I can't remember exactly, though.

Either way, at this point, there isn't anything I can do to recover that information. If the search isn't showing up then they aren't in the database - as it returns what it finds.

The only exception would be if you had some sort of filter set that was blocking it, but I'm assuming that isn't the case.

If you'd like, I can just check the database directly for a specific species to see how many it says are missing. Just let me know.

Ah! I forgot about the database problems way back when. That seems like a likely contender. And yeah, I double checked that I did not have a filter set other than "Released" and "Species".

Atm I was just planning on looking at my released Kelparis & Morkkos, since I thought there might be one worth it to bring back from the re-generatables (one with a lot of traits, or a themed). I'd be curious on the number missing of either one of the species if it's not too difficult to check. Otherwise, not worth the time. Thank you either way. ^^

I only see one Kelpari and two Morkko in the database for you. =\

I'm sorry. On the bright side, we have taken super extra precautions to prevent a situation like that from happening again. But unfortunately... what happened was irreversible and we have no way at all of going back and obtaining that information.
