My hatchery pets are 26 days old and still adolescents??
I don't know if it takes longer for them to be adults, but my past ones had left at around 18 days or something...

Those that you generate, and start out as adolescents, take 18 days to become adults. When you hatch from eggs, though, it usually takes between 26 and 28 days (at least, that's the average for mine, with most becoming adults at 27 days for me).

Adulthood is based on maturity, not age. If you right click the image and select copy img url, you can see the maturity when you paste that ujrl into something. 648 is adult.

Like, say you found an egg and it was already almost ready to hatch. That egg's maturity would be higher than one you bred at the same time. Even if you found/bred the eggs at the exact same time, the one with the higher maturity would hatch first and grow first.
