So I spend a good five minutes of nurturing egglings and hatchings so I could buy a Philter Of Amnesia. How do I actually use it?

Go to the pets page and then click "Genetic Philter", then select the Philter then click "use"
OR (I'm not sure)
Go to inventory and choose the pet then click "use"

Follow the first instructions from Homera, ie use it from the pet profile.
Philters can't be used from the inventory.
