For some reason, every time I try to name a pet - even the ones who haven't been named yet - an error pops up, saying that I need a philter of amnesia. Is there a recent change that I missed? Or is there a problem with the site? Any help/info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Only if you RENAME the pet, but I admit it's confusing the button is writen Re-Name?
You can name your Un-Named pet, do not worry
