IDK if this counts as a monarch puff or not. If anyone knows can you tell me?

Monarch puff adores are a theme. Look a it's linage and see if ancestors have a star and are that theme. If so its a PB monarch puff.

No, she would not because her mother Calliope is not a Monarch puffadore offspring. To be part of the theme all of a pet's ancestors must trace back to an original pet of that theme.
