I have been able to make do, but this problem started for me exactly on St. Patrick's Day. Instead of being able to move the color point circle thing, whenever I touch it it shoots up to the top left corner so that the hex number is 'FFFFFF' a.k.a. white. Same with the 'height' bar. It shoots up to the top in the red zone. I had been able to use them without problems for 2 1/2 months and now, a month & 1/2 after they started I decided to ask for help.

Also, occasionally when I touch it it works in a bizarre and unpredictable way. Usually sending the circle to somewhere by the gray zone. So I might get a pale pink for example.

And I access Sylvestia from an iPhone, not sure if that makes a difference in how things work though I saw a comment on how the only difference is that you can't enter the chat room except through copying the link.

I looked up a little on how hex coloring works and have been able to get the colors pretty darn close to what I wanted. But it was much easier the other way and I would appreciate it if this could somehow be fixed. Thank you.

What version of iPhone?

Unfortunately, we don't technically offer mobile support. Sylestia is coded entirely just for desktop browsers.

That said, we do expect everything to mostly, if not 100%, function on most popular devices. However, we don't really have the ability to mass test / code for all of the specific differences amongst the many various operating systems and devices.

The best advice I can offer is to just make sure you aren't running any addons or anything that could be tinkering with the scripts. Also, I would try clearing your entire browser cache and making sure that you are using the most up to date operating system and browser version.

If you do all of that though and it still isn't working, I don't know what else to suggest. =(

If you're using an older version iPhone, then my best guess is just that the operating system it's running is too out of date for the scripts? Although, it would be weird that it was working up until last month - unless you performed some sort of update back then that broke it.

I don't know exactly what version. But it says Samsung and Verizon on it. I got it last fall so it's pretty new.

I was in the generator and it was working one second but not the next. I don't know, it's really weird.

I might try clearing all my browser data, currently I have tabs up that I don't want to lose.

Same thing for me ocassionally lately.

Clicking on the colors on the right pushes it to red, and shades move to pure white. Sometimes it works just like anything else on site, and sometimes it does this.

*using kindle fire HD 3rd generation when this is happening*

Not really a problem since I'm on a computer 97% of the time, just putting my two cents in here just to help decide if it was a brand/phone problem.

happens on my Samsung galaxy S5 too, but I'm usually on PC.
