Getting this while trying to Use a Sarielle Badge, and a Treasure Chest, which I assume means nothing can be Used anymore.

Hmm.. it stopped after I opened a Mission Satchel. Now I can open everything. No idea if the timing was coincidental. Also there was an Event going on that just ended before the Error stopped popping up as well.
