So I'm not exactly new (far from it) but I'm certainly not active. I was wondering how much a first anniversary party hat and the confetti back are worth.

Both items are currently listed on the Trade Broker. There's a Hat for 400k and Confetti for 90 - 99k so I suppose they would be good starting prices. There haven't been any recent sales of the items according to the Trade Broker so its not clear what the last actual sales were.

Is there a demand for them? How quickly will they sell?

I'm not aware of any particular demand, sorry.
If I had to guess, I'd say that they wouldn't sell particularly fast given they're older, not monthlies and there are a few floating around the Trade Broker so they're not really hard to come by.
The Confetti is more dynamic so I imagine that would sell faster than the Hat.
