So I would like this Qitari in the end game of things. The question is how do I obtain it? Do I buy two 4 point essences and put all the traits as carried rather then visible? I just found out you can not apply more then one essence in the generator

this has all 4 traits showing.

Hello~ have you checked this guide already? it might be helpful.
Long story short, breeding 2 pets both having 4 same carried traits might result in 4 visible traits if you're lucky enough (or just the same carried, or even none at all), while breeding a pet with first 2 visible traits with a pet with second 2 visible traits will always end in offspring with 4 carried said traits. so basically you better always start with carried traits. sorry for my bad English, I tried my best. :'D

so you decided to go with visible traits~. I see. anyway, 2 pets are not enough since the offspring will have no one to mate with, so you'll need at least 1 more pet (I'd suggest to make one with 4 carries but it's up to you of course).

yah no problem, I went ahead and bought him, I should raise the children prices however.
I have spent over 50 dollars on this event, thats more then I have ever spent on a game ever. i wont be spending anymore for a long long while - pay off my credit card.

You'll have to keep breeding them, keeping the offsprings that have more genetic points than the parents, and breeding those and doing the same, until you get offsprings with 4vis.

Eg, I'll use A, B, C, and D for the 4 traits you want, with capital A being visible, and small letter a being carried.

So I believe what you have now is:
male 1: AB
male 2: abcd
female 1: CD
female 2 abcd
(all parents have 4 gp)

assuming you breed M1 with F2, and M2 with F1, these are the offsprings you'll get:
M1/F2: ab, abc, abd, abcd, Ab, Abc, Abd, Abcd, aB, aBc, aBd, aBcd, AB, ABc, ABd, ABcd
M2/F1: cd, acd, bcd, abcd, Cd, aCd, bCd, abCd, cD, acD, bcD, abcD, CD, aCD, bCD, abCD

If you keep offsprings with more gp than the parents (ie >4gp), you'll keep these:
M1/F2: Abcd, aBcd, ABc, ABd, ABcd
M2/F1: abCd, abcD, aCD, bCD, abCD

From this, you breed the next generation, pairing those without a certain trait with a mate that carries it/or preferably has a visible of that trait.
eg: ABc should be paired with a mate that has visible D, so preferably abcD, aCD, bCD, or abCD

again, keep the offsprings that have more gp than the parents, so this time more than 5 or 6 gp, depending on what you kept from the previous round.

If you paired mates that at least has a carry for all 4 traits, and are really lucky, you'll get a 4 vis baby this round. If not, just keep the babies with more gp than the parents, and breed another generation, which will have a higher chance of producing the 4 vis.

I hope this helps and isn't too confusing. xP

Regarding when a pet becomes an adult, if your pet is genetically tested, you can check their maturity by looking at the image url, at the end there is a &maturity=__, where the number there is the pet's maturity in hours. Pets become adults at 648 hours.
