"Kelpie of luck lake"

I choose to use a Kelpari, because I noticed major similarities between it and the Irish mythical beast, the Kelpie (I'm guessing it was used for inspiration). Then I wanted to do something with clovers, since you know, it's The Fortune Festival. I decided it would be pretty cool if there was a lake, and instead of lily pads, it have clovers, gold clovers. So then I thought, that would be a Kelpie heaven, with how many people would come for the gold clovers. So here's my idea:

Luck Lake, as named by the locals, is filled with magical golden clovers, everyone of them four-leafed. People will brave the dangerous forest, and wild animals just to get one. One Kelpie has managed to claim the lake as her own, and often preys on those who come to find their fortune. Her adapted green and gold coat camaflouges her, so she seems to come from nowhere. Those who reccoginze her, have no time to run, those who don't, are naive and attempt to tame her, only to be dragged beneath the glittering clovers to their death. The magic of the clovers, is said to bestow luck upon whoever has one. This Magic has seeped into the Kelpie's body, forming a aura of Luck around her. If anyone were to befriend her, they would never have any worries ever again.

Few ever return alive, and even fewer return sane (honestly if you saw a water horse thing try to kill you, would be sane?)

Changed my entry because I really adore the Sylvorpa as a species, I based this one off of Green Beer

Mr. Prechaun
He is inspired by the varying shades of green in a patch of four leaf clovers. The gold overtones are inspired by the gold coins associated with St. Patrick's day.
