Im not new here or anything but I don't know what exactly it means to be a breeder. Everyone breeds their pets, Does that automatically make them breeders? or is being a breeder someone who has projects?

Hi Dauntless, this is a good question! I've never really considered this.

I think being a breeder is just up to the discretion of the person using the term. I personally believe that all players are breeders. While some breed for fun, others breed with a purpose or a goal in mind.

However, like you, I also find that the term breeder on Sylestia generally means someone who is breeding for a particular purpose.This could be anything from consistently breeding Draeyls with random traits, to a projects, to only breeding Purebred Star-Crossed Griffi offspring (as an example).

But there are no particular qualifications for becoming 'a breeder'.

However, this is only the conclusion that I have drawn on the subject ^ ^
