Okay. So, not too long ago, I bought these two Vulnyxs with the goal of breeding them together. I really like the Chimera tail. :3

Anyways, I recently attempted to breed them, but the refuse message came up, claiming they were too closely related to breed.

Well, what's confusing me is that I thought the restrictions only prevented breeding a parent with a child or a sibling with a sibling. But, as far as I've looked into it, they meet neither of these. I can't find where they're related to each other.

I'd really appreciate an explanation for this. I'm stumped. :/

Oh. Um, oops. xD So that means they're technically half siblings, right? That makes a bit more sense.

Yeah. If they share either parent then they can't breed together. Don't have to be full siblings. Parent to child, or children who share one or both parents can't breed. Anything else is fair game.
