I know that the more "rare" breeds are with additions, like smoke or ice around the egg, but do the common ones look identical? Other than the colors, I mean

Hi Alarm,
All non-fabled have the same kind of egg (this includes Puffs).
I guess this means that all fabled (rare) Sylestis have irregular eggs.
Here are examples of each.
Aeridini egg
Griffi Egg
Nephini Egg
Ny'vene egg
Ryori Egg
Other than unusual eggs, fabled pets take longer to breed as their "cool-down" from breeding lasts longer than other pets. The different eggs show what breed the sylesti; but don't serve much more of a purpose than art for fabled eggs :)
Hope this helps!

Faelora is not considerate as a fabled pet so you will not see it by his egg but if you want I can breed you one ^-^

For the non-Fabled species, if it's not written on the pet profile, you can determine what species the egg is by looking at the image code. Near the front there will be a species=___.
