I have won a regular Luffox essence from Jinxie's Jamboree a while back, and i thought i should use it and create a Luffox with the new limited Valentine's lace trait, but can't decide if it would be better to make a male or female, i was thinking of maybe doing a breeding project with the design i submited to the Valentine's create a love pair contest, and thought that no matter if i win(most likely not, i mean what are the odds, right?) i should use the essence because the event is almost over and i won't be able to choose the Valentine's lace afterwards. Also should i make a single vis trait(The valentine's lace) or make it have two carried traits?
The final design has 4 traits, G2: Petals, G3: Valentine's Lace M2: Moon Armor and M3: Flowered Vines.
Please help, i don't know what to do!

You can always look at the Advanced Search and see the number of female vs male luffoxes with Valentine Lace, and make your luffox based on the number that's fewer.
I generally would think to make a pet female if there are "studs" (male pets with breeding fees, meant to breed with multiple females) available. In a few weeks, once the generated pets are adults, you can look for pets with breeding fees.

Thanks for the tip, i made a male Luffox based on the fact that there were slightly more females with the Valentine's lace trait, about 40 females and 32 males.
